Katherine Elizabeth Lavigne, 44, of 4931 Danforth Road., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; four days jail, credit for one day served, three days suspended; 24 hours community service; six months probation; $1,050 fines and costs.

Kristopher Norman Starr, 31, of 411 S. 10th St. Apt. 1, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; 10 days jail, credit one day served; six months probation; $1,100 fines and costs.

IMPAIRED DRIVING

Ricky Vern Benoit Jr., 37, of 4897 Danforth Road Apt. 1, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating – while impaired – 2nd offense notice; 120 days jail, credit for one day served, 119 days suspended; 18 months probation; $1,850 fines and costs.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Michael Todd Mayers, 40, of 629 N. 8th St., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked license – second or subsequent offense notice; six days jail, six days suspended; 24 hours community service; $550 fines and costs.

PROBATION VIOLATION

Nicklas Blake Wyckoff, 17, of 226 S. Lincoln Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to probation violation; 54 days jail, credit for 54 days served.
