ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Travis Brent Howell, 27, of 1205 Montana Ave. 14, Gladstone, was bound over one the following two counts: domestic violence – third offense notice, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $5,000; and interfering with electronic communications, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $1,000. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 5, 2019 in Gladstone. Howell’s bond was set at 10 percent of $35,000.

Jason Anthony Myers, 25, of 404 Manitowoc St., Menasha, Wis., was bound over on one count of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy – second or subsequent offense notice, a 40-year felony with a maximum fine of $30,000. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on March 5, 2019 in Ford River Township. The bond was set at $90,000 cash/surety.

Joshua Michael Caliguri-Pfiester, 26, of 1909 1st Ave. N., Gladstone, was bound over on the following two counts: operating while intoxicated – third offense notice, a one to five-year felony with a maximum fine of $5,000 or probation with 30 days to one year in jail and 60 to 180 days of community service and mandatory vehicle immobilization of not less than one year or more than three years; and operating – license suspended, revoked, denied, a 93-day misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $500 and vehicle immobilization. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 3, 2019 in Escanaba Township. The bond was set at 10 percent of $30,000.
