Katherine Jean Tryan, 22, of 2246 22nd St., Sheboygan, Wis., pleaded guilty to operating – while intoxicated/impaired/with the presence of a controlled substance – second; 15 days jail, credit for one day served; 12 months probation; $1,800 fines and costs.

Jill Marie Shope, 51, of 1829 N. 3rd Ave. No. 2, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of operating – while impaired – second offense notice and one count of driving on a suspended license; 90 days jail, credited six days; 12 months probation; $2,050.

David Murray Sills, 55, of 4645 King Rd., Saginaw, pleaded guilty to operating – impaired; four days jail, credited two days served, two days of jail suspended; six months probation; $850 fines and costs.

James Alex Micheau, 71, of 911 S. 4th Ave., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating – impaired; three days jail, credited one day served, two days of jail suspended; six months probation; $1,300 fines and costs.

Traci Lyn Uskilith, 33, of W427 Casino Ln. No. 37, Wilson, pleaded guilty to operating – impaired; four days jail, credited two days, two days of jail suspended; six months probation; $850 fines and costs.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Roger Pepik Sladek, 39, of 1308 S. 5th Ave., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license; $325 fines and costs.

Matthew Joseph Dickerson, 37, of 1620 Willow Creek Rd. No. 26, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license; $325 fines and costs.

RETAIL FRAUD

Ronald Dean Micheau, 30, of 1600 S. 300 St. lot No. 129, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to retail fraud – second degree; eight months jail, credited one day served, 209 days of jail suspended; 24 months probation; $1,575 fines and costs.

LARCENY

David John Mineau, 55, of 1411 S. 2nd Ave., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to larceny – less than $200; 10 days jail, credited two days, eight days of jail suspended; three months probation; $750 fines and costs; $109 in restitution.

INTOXICATED DRIVING

Thomas Richard DeGrand, 51, of 3152 M-35, Bark River, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated and one count of attempted resist and obstruct; 10 days jail for one count, credited one day, two days suspended for one count, nine days suspended for one count; six months probation; $1,900 fines and costs.

Robert John Koszla, 54, of 4612 U.S. 2 and 41, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; eight days jail, credited one day served, seven days of jail suspended; six months probation; $1,150 fines and costs.
