ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Noah James Olson, 26, of 1011 2nd Ave. N. Apt. 2, Escanaba, was bound over on a count of domestic violence with habitual offender – fourth offense notice, a felony with a maximum sentence of life in prison. The charge stems from an incident on or about Sept. 4, 2018 in Escanaba. Cash/surety bond was set at $90,000.

Bradley Jay Dubord, 38, of 1460 17th Rd., Bark River, was bound over on the following four counts: controlled substance

– delivery/manufacture – meth, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and two counts of controlled substance – possession/analogues, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charges stem from an incident on or about Sept. 13, 2018 in Bark River Township. Cash/surety bond was set at $175,000.

Brenna Barnhart, 22, of 321 S. 18th St. Upper, Escanaba, was bound over on a count of home invasion – second degree, a 15-year felony with a maximum fine of $3,000. The charge stems from an incident on or about Nov. 4, 2017 in Bark River Township. Cash/surety bond was set at $70,000.

Cole Garrett Bougie, 33, of 1516 N. 16th St., Escanaba, was bound over on a count of stalking – aggravated, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000 and probation for any term of years, not less than five. The charge stems from an incident on or about July 31, 2018 in Delta County. Bougie posted a $2,500 cash bond.
