The Michigan State Police have announced their entry into the contest with the MSP Dodge Charger patrol vehicle and a Marine Services Team patrol boat photographed at Grand Haven State Park. The MSP won second place in last year’s competition, but were beaten by the Florida Highway Patrol cruiser.
