Thanksgiving ‘above the stairs’

EDITOR: Last Thanksgiving, I shared a story about Thanksgiving “Under the Stairs” where a group of inmates in the Delta County Jail were meeting nightly for prayer and Bible sharing. They were meeting under a stairway in their cell block. Well, a year later, another group is now meeting ‘above the stairs’ in a different block. EDITOR: This is about those people that truly believe that we have a so called, “free market for goods and service to serve our nation.” From what I have been reading concerning this issue, to make prices fair for the consumer, this is far from the truth. $450,000 payments

EDITOR: The Biden Administration is working on a deal to pay illegals $450,000 because they were separated when they came across the border illegally. On Thursday, Nov. 4th, or Friday, Nov. 5th, the president was asked directly about these payments and he flatly denied that there was any talk of payments. Later that day, the Department of Justice spokesperson confirmed that they were in negotiations with the ACLU to come up with a plan to pay up to $450,000 to families that were separated at the border, where they illegally crossed. Councilman’s disrespect

EDITOR: I was watching the City of Escanaba council meeting on Thursday, November 4. When they were saying the Pledge of Allegiance I noticed Mr. Blasier left his hat on. He left it on during the entire meeting. When the camera did a close up of him I notice the hat’s saying “Let’s Go Brandon” which means F Biden. I found this to be very disturbing that a council person would have that much disrespect at a public meeting. I guess he wasn’t pleased that he came in last place in the election. EDITOR: I am addressing some issues that were printed in Saturday’s press. I am so greatly angered at the Daily Press for what they have printed about my husband. Freedom of the press is one thing but printing falsehoods is reprehensible. Since when have you ever even asked him for his side of any story or actions?
