MICHIGAN -- Present winter conditions vary throughout the state and will continue to fluctuate based on weather forecasts. The Michigan Department of Natural Resources reminds everyone to put safety first when enjoying favorite outdoor winter activities. “People often get caught up in the excitement of the moment and overlook winter safety,” said Lt. ESCANABA — A balanced scoring attack helped the Bay College women roll to a 113-48 basketball triumph over Montcalm Community College here Saturday. The Bay men weren’t so fortunate as they dropped a 71-54 decision to the Centurions.
