ESCANABA — The Escanaba Eskymos junior high girls basketball team earned a 45-35 victory over the Bark River-Harris Broncos in an exciting game Wednesday.

The Eskymos and Broncos were at it from the start with both teams pressing the entire game.

Late in the game, the Eskymos had to hold off a surging Broncos team for the win and were able to do so on their way to the 45-35 win.

Susan Moberg (11), Breleigh Reinhart (8) and Landry Bray (7) led Escanaba in points while Callie Flagstad (9) and Julia Nault (8) led Bark River.
