GLADSTONE — The 10th Annual Gladstone Hall of Fame induction ceremony is taking place Oct. 16 at the Terrace Bluff Golf & Country Club.

Inductees include outstanding athletes Dave Gagnon (1977), Casey Young (1999) and Brittany Jurek (2010), community member Marianne (Cowell) Poe, coach Dave Lahtinen and the 2002 Upper Peninsula Class A-B championship girls’ track team.

The ceremony begins with social hour from 4:45 to 6 p.m., followed by the banquet.

Inductees will be announced at halftime of the Gaylord at Gladstone varsity football game, which begins at 3.

An inductee social is set for Oct. 15 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. at the Gladstone Yacht Club.

Tickets for the banquet cost $25 for adults and $13.25 for children age 4-12 and can be purchased at the Gladstone Athletic Office (789-8320) or the following committee members: Judy Jenson (280-7858), Ashley Hughes (322-6637), Mike Gobert (241-5054), Rick Jensen (280-7859), Bill Buchmiller (399-9725) or Aaron Young (241-3655).
