Esky 10U wins district title

The Escanaba Area Junior Hockey Association’s 10U B team won the District 8 Championship Feb. 9 on its home ice after battling strong competition from across the Upper Peninsula. This weekend they will be traveling to downstate Trenton for the state tournament. Opening ceremonies will be at 2:00, with their first game Friday at 5:05 against Kalamazoo.
