EDITOR: I would like to make a few comments on the upcoming special election on May 7th. First and foremost this is not a left attack against the right. It is about bringing back transparency and honesty back to our county board. If Mr LaMarche would have attended meetings and did his own research on what was really going on at the county level instead of only depending on what he read in the press (they can’t report everything) he might have a different opinion. EDITOR: Before you vote on the current recall election, ask yourself - am I a Rational voter who is well informed on the issues that surround the recall? Doubts about Biden

EDITOR: I like most of you have serious doubts about Joe Biden’s fitness to be President. Simply put, he does not the same priorities I do. Nor does he have the best interest of the American people at heart. The man is not capable of holding a press conference, speaking without a teleprompter or finding his way off a stage without help. Information during emergenies

EDITOR: This past “mild” winter caught us off guard when the heavy-wet snow and winds hit and knocked out power for a large number of people. We were without for a day. When my wife and I worked for the power utility in Lansing we were accustomed to weather-related outages and saw first-hand the intense response of line crews to restore service. Planning and exercises are common to all utilities and help to insure safe repair practices for workers. A simple “Thanks” really does express a lot to those folks. They have ours. Who deserves your vote?

EDITOR: The definition of bias: “prejudice in favor of or against a thing or a person.” Journalism was born with the premise of “no matter how the facts play out, drive toward truth.” Report only the truth is the mantra once purported by all journalist...until the first news article was written. Smell test

My only source of information regarding the Delta County Commission is the Daily Press. I’ve never attended a meeting. Never paid much attention to county politics at all until soon after the last election, when some of the sore losers began their plan B campaign against the three, elected, conservative commissioners. Their machinations didn’t pass my smell test. I’m not the only one in this county with a working nose.
