Melvin L. Pohl Jr.
HERMANSVILLE — Melvin L. Pohl Jr., 58, Hermansville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 8, 2021 at his home. He was born on November 26, 1962 in Howell, Mich., son of Melvin Pohl Sr. and the late Joann (Kinsey) Pohl.
Melvin had a green thumb and loved his garden, but mostly loved spending time with his family, children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his father, three children, Amanda (Robert) Corrigan, Dylan Pohl and Patrick (Sara) Wright; one brother, Dennis (Tanya Pavlat) Pohl; one sister, Patricia (David) Hudson; nine grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Melvin was preceded in death by his mother, one brother: Jeffery Pohl and a niece: Joanna Hudson.
A memorial service celebrating Melvin Pohl Jr’s life will be held on Saturday, February 27, at 11 a.m. CST at the William Anderson Sportsman Club in Hermansville with pastor Ronald Zindler officiating. A luncheon will follow services at the Sportsman Club.
