Debra “Debby” Ann Wright (Kossow)

Beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece and friend to many. Debby was born Feb. 9, 1959 in Escanaba. As a hobby she enjoyed crocheting and knitting. Debby also enjoyed working as a waitress and bartender because she loved being around people. She always had a passion for helping others and did what she could to help them.

She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Patrick Kossow.

Debby is survived by her mother, Jewel (Norman) Shortridge; her daughter, Linnea (Jason) Rathmann of Virginia; her son, Patrick (Amber Morreau) Helgemo of Escanaba; grandchildren, Sean Austin, Lyla, Steve and Alex Helgemo, Antonio Blanco Jr., Alexia Blanco, Makayla and Brock Rathmann; her siblings, Lawrence Kossow, Patricia (Fred) Petrelli and Fred (Tommy Schulteis) Kossow; half-siblings John, Richard and Heather Kossow; her nieces and nephews, Lindsay (Tim) Golner, Jerry (Christal) Nuedling, Judd (Bridget) Nuedling, Laura Fleming, James Kossow, Adam Kossow, Anthony Schulteis, Danielle Kossow and Robert Kossow. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Private memorial services for Debby will be held at the convenience of the family.
