— Richard Simon King, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to three counts of sex offender – failure to comply with; fines, fees and costs of $984; 18 months probation.
— Shawn William Paul, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of flee and elude police – 3rd and one count of police officer – assaulting, resisting, and obstructing; minimum sentence of 17 months, maximum of 5 years for count one; minimum sentence of 16 months, maximum of 2 years for count 2; credit for 79 days served; fines, fees and costs of $266.
— Nyomi Rose Stone, Saxon, Wis., pleaded no contest to one count of controlled substance-possession methamphetamine; 170 days in jail, credit for 170 days served; fines, fees and costs of $698.
— April Danielle Eagle, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated; six days in jail, credit for six days served; fines, fees and costs of $533; 360 hours of community service.
— Gerald Charles Clausen, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of possessing loaded firearm in or upon vehicle, non-game area; one day in jail, credit for 1 day served; fines, fees and costs of $758; weapon forfeited.
— Aaron Gerald DuBord, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to identity theft; one day in jail, credit for one day served; fines, fees and costs of $2,696.70; 24 months probation.
— Taniesha Adawness Halfaday, Wilson, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance-possession methamphetamine and one count of controlled substance-possession non-narcotic; eight months in jail on count one, credit for 142 days served, eight months in jail on count two, credit for 142 days served; fines, fees and costs of $916; 12 months probation.
— Steven Ray Smith, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of motor vehicle – unlawful use; seven months in jail, credit for 85 days served; fines, fees and costs of $698.
— Sylvester Simmons Jr., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated – third offense and operating with a suspended license; six months in jail, credit for 121 days served; fines, fees and costs of $1,863; 18 months probation.
