ESCANABA – These individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County District Court on unrelated charges:
— Alexandria Olivia Kalmbach, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly person – drunk; 10 days in jail, 10 days suspended; fines, fees and costs of $1,721.99; 18 months probation; 25 hours community service in lieu of 10 days in jail.
— Ashley Ann St. Cyr, Wilson, pleaded guilty to one count of operating with a high BAC; 10 days in jail, credit for two days served, eight days suspended; fines, fees and costs of $2,390; 12 months probation; 35 hours community service in lieu of eight days in jail.
— Jacob Wilbur Evans, Frankenmuth, pleaded guilty to one count of motorcycles/mopeds operating without endorsement and one count of operate – unregistered vehicle; fines, fees and costs of $825.
— Jonathon Ross Wolanski, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted sex offenders – failure to comply with reporting duties; fines, fees and costs of $1,225.
— Joshua David Bourdeau, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated/impaired – second offense notice; 134 days in jail, credit for 34 days served, remaining 70 days suspended if defendant completes 90-day inpatient treatment; fines, fees and costs of $3,120; 18 months probation.
— Lois Marie Gerou (Lordson), Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of stalking – delay of sentence; 17 days in jail, credit for 17 days served; fines, fees and costs of $625; 12 months probation.
— Megan Lynn Klatt, Stephenson, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated; 21 days in jail, credit for one day served; fines, fees and costs of $1,940; 12 months probation; will suspend the days if sent to treatment.
— Paul Curtis Cady, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated; eight days in jail, credit for one day served, seven days suspended; fines, fees and costs of $1,750; 12 months probation; 50 hours community service in lieu of jail.
— William Thomas Phare, Kronenwetter, Wis., pleaded guilty to one count of operating – impaired; two days in jail, credit for two days served; fines, fees and costs of $1,180.
— Haleigh Erin Smith, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated/impaired – second offense notice and one count of attempted police officer-fleeing-fourth degree; 175 days in jail on count one, credit for 3 days served; 90 days in jail on count two, credit for 3 days served; fines, fees and costs of $2,825; 24 months probation.
— Heather Lynn Falish, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of operating – impaired; one day in jail, credit for one day served; fines, fees and costs of $1,310; six months probation; must complete Alcohol Highway Safety Education.
— Jamie Lynn Teeple, Wilson, pleaded guilty to one count of operating-suspended/revoked license; fines, fees and costs of $600.
— Logan Scott Gerou, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; four days in jail, credit for one day served, three days suspended; fines, fees and costs of $1,835; six months probation; 24 hours community service in lieu of three days in jail; must complete Alcohol Highway Safety Education.
— Melissa Rose Ritchie (Meshigaud), Wilson, pleaded guilty to one count of retail fraud – third degree; 90 days in jail, to serve in three 30 day increments; fines, fees and costs of $475; three months probation.
— Michael Paul Ford, Wells, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated; five days in jail, credit for two days served; fines, fees and costs of $2,050; nine months probation; 16 hours community service in lieu of three days in jail; must complete Alcohol Highway Safety Education.
— Skylar Alexis Walker, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; seven days in jail, credit for one day served; fines, fees and costs of $835; eight months probation; 40 hours community service in lieu of jail.
— Tyler John Boudreau, Bark River, pleaded guilty to one count of operating – impaired; four days in jail, credit for two days served; fines, fees and costs of $1,310; six months probation; 16 hours community service in lieu of two days in jail.
— Warren George Gustafson, Foster City, pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly person – obscene conduct; 18 days in jail, credit for 18 days served; fines, fees and costs of $525.
— Wayne Hurley Fields, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of assault or assault and battery; 10 days in jail suspended; fines, fees and costs of $1,230; nine months probation; 40 hours community service in lieu of 10 days in jail, no partial credit.
