Members of the New Life Church congregation take part in a ribbon cutting ceremony Saturday at the New Life Community Center. The center’s grand opening Saturday and featured tours of the facility. The center is dedicated to the area’s youth of all ages is open to everyone. The center gymnasium features a full-size basketball court, two volleyball courts, a tennis court, two pickleball courts, and a divider curtain. It also houses a multi-story kid’s jump house. “We want to give everyone in Delta County a chance to know their value, and take steps towards a full and meaningful life,” said Pastor Jason Janich of New Life Church. Janich said New Life is excited to sponsor various area activities, including events, classes, and camps open to the public.
