Residents donate blood at the AirMedCare Network & Guardian Flight building at St. Francis Hospital in this file photo. OSF HealthCare St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group along with AirMedCare Network & Guardian Flight will be hosting another blood drive on Thursday, October 20 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with the Community Blood Center. To schedule a donation, call 800-280-4102 or register at www.communityblood.org/donor. Log in, click “Donate Now” and enter sponsor code MI10. Walk-ins are also welcome. The Community Blood Center is the sole provider of blood, platelets and plasma to OSF St. Francis Hospital.
