Signs of Winter’s End

The restrictions, which were set to expire at the end of the month in Escanaba and Gladstone, allowed for plowing to take place throughout the winter months. Because there is still a chance for a cold snap and snow, residents are asked to move their cars off streets if a snow storm hits the area.
