ESCANABA — Local store All Season Garden Supply has met the indoor growing-related needs of people in the area for roughly half a decade.

“We’ve been open for about five years,” Jim Lilly said. Lilly co-manages the store along with Max Martin, and the store is owned by Derek Parker.

Initially, All Season Garden Supply was located on Sheridan Road. They moved to a location in Lincoln Fair Plaza in May 2014, and have been there ever since.

As their name suggests, All Season Garden Supply’s specialty is equipment related to indoor gardening.

“We sell … everything you could need to do hydroponic production of just about any plant,” Miller said. Products sold at All Season include indoor lighting equipment, soil, fertilizer, pots and containers, and more.

Despite their focus on indoor gardening, Lilly said some times of year are still more active than others at All Season Garden Supply.

“We definitely have seasons that are a little more busy,” he said, noting that fall and spring are the store’s busiest times of year.

Along with their growing supplies, All Season offers a selection of products targeted towards medical marijuana users.

“We also offer a selection of medical marijuana extraction equipment,” Martin said. This includes smoking and vaporizing supplies.

However, Martin noted that these products are far from being All Season’s primary line of business.

“It’s definitely not our main focus of the store or anything,” he said.

According to Lilly, business has been healthy at All Season.

“It’s been going pretty well,” he said.

In the future, Martin said All Season is hoping to expand their bulk soil offerings.

“(We’d) just like to be able to offer large quantities of potting mixes,” he said.

Aside from this, All Season plans to continue doing what they have been doing.

“The future of the shop … is to continue thriving here in (Escanaba),” Martin said.
