UPCAP to host online Powerful Tools for Caregivers workshop

ESCANABA - The Upper Peninsula Commission for Area Progress (UPCAP) will host a six-week free, online workshop, Powerful Tools for Caregivers, designed for the non-professional, informal family caregiver. Superior Health Foundation supports the Delta County Cancer Alliance

DELTA COUNTY - Early May of 2025, the Delta County Cancer Alliance (DCCA) was awarded $10,000 from the Superior Health Foundation to support the alliance's travel program, “Travel for a Cancer Cure.” The program initiated by the DCCA aims to support the challenges of Delta County Residents. Delta County's rural areas present significant barriers to accessing quality cancer care, requiring extensive travel expenses for appointments, treatment and specialized care.
