ESCANABA – The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court in unrelated cases.

Brianna Lee Henry, of 9671 West Dusty Lane, in Escanaba pleaded guilty to one count of attempted possession of methamphetamines/ecstasy. She was sentenced to seven months in jail with credit for 47 days already served. Henry was also ordered to pay $758 in fines and fees.

Joseph Leonard Boudreau Jr., of 417 Michigan Avenue, in Gladstone pleaded guilty to one count of attempted possession of cocaine – less than 25 grams, one count of assaulting a police officer and one count of fleeing from a police officer – 4th. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail for each offense and credited with three days already served for each offense. He will serve the three sentences concurrently. Boudreau Jr. was also ordered to pay $704 in fines and fees.
