ESCANABA – The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

David Harold Wilson, of 8332 25th Lane, in Rapid River pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated in the third degree. Wilson was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for 100 days already served. Wilson was also ordered to pay $1,408 in fines and fees.

Justin Andrew Sarnowski, of 1106 Washington Avenue, Escanaba pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamines/ecstasy. Sarnowski was sentenced to 10 months in jail with credit for 63 days already served. He was also ordered to pay $848 in fines and fees.

Joshua Allen Lalonde, of 618 South 26th Street, Apt. 618, Escanaba was found guilty by a jury on three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Lalonde was sentenced to 12 months of probation. Should he violate his probation order, he will serve three months in jail for each offense, served concurrently with credit for seven days already served. He was also ordered to pay $984 in fines and fees.
