Kyle Kelly from Wells, a student at Bay College, was recently awarded the 2023 White Cane Scholarship for the Visually Impaired from the Lions of Michigan. Kelly was awarded one of three scholarships in the State of Michigan after submitting and essay and two letters of recommendation. “The Lions of Michigan continue to support programs for the visually impaired and are proud to award this scholarship to a fine student and individual in our community, “ said Scott Kwarciany, 2nd Vice District Governor of the District 10 Lions.
