Elmer’s County Market’s Community Care program has raised $400 in Elmer’s gift cards for Pregnancy Services of Delta County. The Community Care Program allows Elmer’s customers to donate their Elmer’s Rewards Card points to the non-profit organization of their choice. The non-profit organizations can choose to make purchases with the gift card, sell the gift card or donate the gift card.
