Hope at the Inn volunteers needed

ESCANABA — Hope at the Inn, Delta County’s rotating homeless shelter, is due to open on Nov. 29. Volunteers are greatly needed to help staff the three nightly shifts: 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. 10:30 p.m. to 3 a.m., and 3 to 8 a.m. HOPI has new policies and procedures in place to keep everyone COVID-safe.

There will be a volunteer training on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 5:30 p.m. at The Salvation Army, 3001 5th Ave. South, Escanaba. Training usually just takes a little over an hour. For more information, call Lisa at 420-1311.
