ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Brenda Lynn Trombley, 45, of 7156 US 2-41 and M35, Gladstone, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident on or about Aug. 26, 2020 in Wells Township. Bond for Trombley was set at $25,000 cash/surety.

Brenda Lynn Trombley, 45, of 825 25th St. S., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident on or about July 11, 2020. Bond for Trombley was set at $60,000 cash/surety.

Tyler Thomas Hahn, 23, of 516 Van Horn St., Berlin, Wis., was bound over to circuit court on a count of jails — possession of weapon in, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $1,000. The charge stems from an incident on or about July 12, 2020 in Escanaba. Bond for Hahn was set at ten percent of $15,000.
