ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.
Alejandro Allen Brantley, 38, of 473 Wyatt Ave., Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., was bound over to circuit court on an amended count of controlled substance — aiding and abetting delivery — meth, a 20-year felony with a fine to be set at the judge’s discretion; a count of controlled substance — possession of meth, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and a count of weapons — firearms — possession of a loaded firearm in or upon a vehicle, a two-year high court misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $2,500 and mandatory forfeiture of weapon or device unless pneumatic gun is charged. The charges stem from an incident on or about July 29, 2020 in Escanaba. Bond for Brantley was set at $125,000 cash/surety.
Ian Clinton Goldi, 37, of 1422 N. 20th St., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident on or about July 29, 2020 in Escanaba. Bond for Goldi was set at $40,000 cash/surety.
Jeffery William Dickerson, 39, of 1422 N. 20th St., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — delivery/manufacture of meth, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident on or about June 30, 2020 in Escanaba. Bond for Dickerson was set at $15,000 cash/surety.
Garrett Harvey Trombley, 31, of 7088 L.5 Lane, Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and a count of controlled substance — possession (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic), a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charges stem from an incident on or about May 7, 2019 in Delta County. Trombley was released on personal recognizance.
