ESCANABA — Due to COVID-19, the Great Lakes Sports and Recreation Club will be canceling its seven-week summer youth shooting program for 2020. However, the group will be offering free shooting for the entire year to all youth 15 years of age and younger, who are accompanied by a parent or guardian during normal club operating hours.

There will not be coaches there, so a parent or guardian is required to be with all youth shooters. Members are willing to assist anyone who may need help, and also be keeping a watch for any unsafe behavior. This includes both leagues or practice.
