ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.
Erik Justin Gollyhorn, 28, of 823 2nd Ave. S. #1, Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of domestic violence — aggravated with a second offense notice and restitution, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $5,000. The charge stems from an incident on or about March 17, 2020 in Escanaba. Bond for Gollyhorn was set at 10 percent of $35,000.
Joseph Leonard Boudreau, 46, of 3627 S. 12th St., Sheboygan, Wis., was bound over to circuit court on a count of operating while intoxicated with a third offense notice, a felony punishable by a fine of $500-$5,000 and either one to five years in prison or probation with 30 days a year in jail (at least 48 hours consecutively) and 60-180 days community service; rehabilitation programs; costs of prosecution; reimburse government for emergency response and expenses for prosecuting defendant; and mandatory vehicle immobilization of no less than one year or more than three years. The charge stems from an incident on or about June 11, 2020 in Escanaba. Boudreau posted a bond set at $3,200 cash.
Chad Brian Stevenson, 30, of 1837 3rd Ave. N., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — delivery/manufacture — meth, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; a count of controlled substance — possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and a count of controlled substance — maintaining a drug house, a two-year high court misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charges stem from an incident on or about June 10, 2020 in Escanaba. Bond for Stevenson was set at $100,000 cash/surety.
Joshua James Gandulla, 34, of 825 26th St., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — delivery/manufacture (Schedules 1, 2 and 3 except marijuana, meth, ecstasy or cocaine), a seven-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident on or about April 20, 2019 in Escanaba. Bond for Gandulla was set at $5,000 cash/surety.
Joshua James Gandulla, 34, of 825 26th St., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — delivery/manufacture (Schedules 1, 2 and 3 except marijuana, meth, ecstasy or cocaine), a seven-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident on or about June 13, 2019 in Escanaba. Bond for Gandulla was set at $8,000 cash/surety with an alcohol tether.
Jesse Allen King, 28, of 309 S. 9th St., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — delivery/manufacture — meth, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and a count of controlled substance — delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic), less than 50 grams, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison.
