Pedestrian struck by vehicle
ESCANABA — A pedestrian was treated for minor injuries after a vehicle hit him at an intersection in Escanaba Monday.
According to Escanaba Public Safety Department, officers were called to the intersection of 3rd Avenue North and Stephenson Avenue for a personal injury accident at 5:24 p.m. Monday.
A 26-year-old man was walking along the intersection when he was struck by a vehicle.
The pedestrian was taken to OSF HealthCare St. Francis Hospital and Medical Group to be treated for minor injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was cited.
