ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court in unrelated cases.

Kyle Tyler Prescott, 31, of 24783 Pine Ave., Michigamme, Mich., pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possess (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 25 grams. He was sentenced to nine months in jail and credited for 154 days already served. Prescott’s driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. He was ordered to pay $698 in fines and costs.

Sean Michael Pach, 49, of Delta County Correctional Facility, pleaded guilty to habitual offender – second offense notice and no contest to three counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Pach was sentenced to 12 months in jail and credited for 292 days already served. He was ordered to pay $894 in fines and costs.

Dawn Marie Johnson, 38, of 627 Willow Road No.134, Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 25 grams. She was sentenced to a minimum of 17 months to a maximum of four years in prison, and credited for 229 days already served. She was ordered to pay $258 in fines and cost.

Aaron Edward Moreau, 41, of 529 N. 19th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – meth and one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules one, two and three except marijuana, meth, ecstasy, and cocaine). He was sentenced to four years to 20 years in prison and credited for 208 days already served on the first of these counts, and was sentenced to four years to seven years in prison and credited for 208 days already served on the second. The sentences shall be served concurrently. He was ordered to pay $326 in fines and costs.
