ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Max Michael Boursaw, 58, of 9127 County 513 T Road, Gladstone, was bound over on one count of sex offenders – failure to verify – third notice, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000; and one count of sex offenders – failure to comply – third notice, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Nov. 5, 2019 in Masonville Township. The bond was set at $7,500 cash/surety.

Travis John Anderson, 34, homeless, was bound over on three different cases. In the first case, Anderson was bound over on one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedule four), a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Sept. 13, 2019 in Escanaba. The bond was set at $15,000 cash/surety.

Anderson was also bound over on one count of conspiracy to commit controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – meth, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on June 10, 2019 in Delta County. The bond was set at $35,000 cash/surety.

In the third case, Anderson was bound over on one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – meth, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Aug. 9, 2019 in Escanaba. The bond was set at $40,000 cash/surety.

Jameson Aaron Hanford, 40, of 302 19th St. N., Escanaba, was bound over on one count of controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and one count of controlled substance – possession/analogues, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Sept. 6, 2018 in Delta County. The bond was set at $35,000 cash/surety.
