ATTEMPTED INTERFERE WITH ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Jalen Michael Hurley, 24, of 6404 N. 2nd St., Wells, pleaded guilty to attempted interfere with electronic communications; 12 days jail, credit for four days served, eight days suspended; six months probation; $1,050 fines and costs.

EMBEZZLEMENT

Barbara Ann Godfrey, 56, of 8980 M-35, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to embezzlement – agent or trustee less than $200; 20 days in jail, 20 days suspended; 12 months probation; $650.52 in restitution; $1,050 fines.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Bradley Michael Hardwick, 39, of 9145 EE.25 Rd., Rapid River, pleaded guilty to domestic violence; 21 days jail, credit for 21 days served; six months probation; $550 fines and costs.

TRESPASS/HUNTING

Vince St. John, 51, of 7529 Club House Dr., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count hunting deer with crossbow in zone one after Dec. 1 and one count of trespass – railroad trespass; six months probation; $375 fines and costs.
