ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to Circuit Court in unrelated cases.

Benjamin Thomas Rose, 38, of 308 West Bluff St., Marquette, was bound over on the following two counts: operating while intoxicated – third offense notice, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $5,000; and operating – license suspended, revoked, denied – second or subsequent offense notice, an one-year misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $1,000. The charges stem from an incident which occurred on or about Jan. 20, 2018 in Escanaba. Rose posted a $750 cash/surety bond.

Marlena Lou-Ann Lonchar, 25, of 420 S. 2nd Ave. Apt. 2, Escanaba, was bound over on one count of police officer assaulting/resisting/obstructing, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000. The charge stems from an incident which occurred on or about Sept. 14, 2018 in Escanaba. Lonchar posted a bond set at 10 percent of $3,000.

Nicole Fern St. Cyr, 24, of 915 Wisconsin Ave., Gladstone, was bound over on one count of false report of a felony, a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000. The charge stems from an incident which occurred on or about Aug. 21, 2018 in Gladstone. Bond was set at a personal recognizance of $1,000.

William Michael Detamble, 31, of 312 W. 19th St. Apt. 2, Escanaba, was bound over on one count of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000. The charge stems from an incident which occurred on or about Oct. 18, 2018 in Escanaba. Detamble posted a bond set at 10 percent of $5,000.
