ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in unrelated cases in Delta County Circuit Court in Escanaba.

Katherine Patricia Strom, 38, of Cooks, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of a schedule 5 drug. She was sentenced to four months in jail and given credit for serving nine days. Her drivers license was suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. Strom was ordered to pay a total of $798 in fines and costs.

Kasey Marie Rudden, 32, of 2720 8th Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to three counts of probation violation with the underlying offenses of larceny in a building and lying to a peace officer investigating a four-year or more crime. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail and given credit for serving six days. Rudden’s probation was continued.
