GLADSTONE — Gladstone’s Rhubarb Fest will make its first appearance June 10. Starting this year with a rhubarb bake-off and a leaf, length/ weight stalk competition, the fest will have us reminiscing of Grandma’s rhubarb recipes and create new memories for your family. Starting at 10 a.m. there will be a Kid’s Rhubarb Art Table, and a Taste of Rhubarb.

More information and registration forms for the bake-off and stalk competition are available online at www.gladstonemi.org/crazydaze or pick up and drop off at Gladstone City Hall. Pre-registrations are encouraged, but you may register at the Rhubarb Fest Booth located at the Gladstone City Square. The deadline for entries is 10 a. m., June 10. Winners will be announced that day around noon.

This Crazy Daze event is alongside of the Gus Macker 3 on 3 basketball tournament and rhubarb breakfast sweets will be available starting at 8 a.m.
