ESCANABA – The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Michael Barnett Mills, 45, of 5266 J Road, Escanaba, was bound over on one count of operating a motor vehicle with a high blood alcohol content, third offense. The charge carries a maximum punishment of five years in prison and a $5,000 fine. The charge stems from a July 19, 2015 incident in Bark River Township. Mills posted $500, or 10 percent of a $5,000 bond.

Devin Michael Larson, 18, of 2722 S. Hill Road, No. 19, Gladstone, was bound over on one count of larceny from a motor vehicle, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000. Larson was also bound over on one count of minor in possession of alcohol, third or subsequent offense, a 60-day misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $500. The charges stem from a July 21 incident in Gladstone involving the theft of a digital camera. Bond was set at 10 percent of $15,000.
