Escanaba Class of 1975 reunion canceled
ESCANABA — Escanaba Class of 1975 has canceled the 45th Class Reunion, which was scheduled for Sept. 26, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Isabella Farmers Market
ISABELLA — The Isabella Farmers’ Market has opened for the season at the Isabella Community Hall, located at U.S. 2 and County Road 495 (also known as LL Road). The market is opened each Friday from 3 to 6 p.m.
Masks are required, as is six-foot social distancing.
Women’s AA meetings
ESCANABA — The Women’s Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meeting held previously at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Escanaba is now being held in the First United Methodist Church, located at 302 S. 6th St., Escanaba. Women’s AA open meetings will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. Use the back entrance.
Salvation Army social services available
ESCANABA — Social service assistance from the Salvation Army is available 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday in the Community Services Building.
The Soup Kitchen is open noon to 1 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
