David and Mya Nivison

GLADSTONE — David and Mya Nivison married at the First Lutheran Church on June 21, 1952. Their attendants were friends James Peoples and Dolly (Bunno) Nieuwenkamp.

David and Mya celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on June 18, 2022, at the Gladstone Yacht Club with friends and relatives. The party was put on by their seven children.

The Nivisions have eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The couple enjoy golfing and traveling.
