Cathy and Greg Tolman

ESCANABA — Greg Tolman Sr. and Cathy (Hurkmans) Tolman celebrated 50 years of marriage on March 23, 2024.

Greg retired from K&K Golf and being a local musician, and Cathy retired from many jobs in food service.

The Tolmans have both spent their entire lives in Escanaba, with the exception of some years spent raising their sons in Wells. Greg and Cathy have three sons, Greg Jr. (Rhonda) of Oconto, Wis., Chris (Stephanie) of Gladstone, and Shane (Jessica) of Green Bay, Wis.

They have eight grandchildren, Michael, Tyler (Bri), Austin, Brandin, Jayden and Lauren, and four great-grandchildren, Hayden, Rosemary, Ellie and Wilson.

The couple held a small get together with a few friends and close family.
