Henry and Caroline Trottier

ESCANABA — Henry and Caroline Trottier celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 5, 2020.

Henry Trottier and Caroline Anderson were married at the Blessed Sacrament Church on Sept. 5, 1970 by Father Arneth in Stambaugh, Mich. At the time, Henry was in the United States Air Force, stationed at England Air Force Base in Louisiana, where they made their home in Alexandria, La. Later, they moved to Escanaba and started their family. They have two children, Tabitha (Ed) Brunette of Escanaba and Henry II (Mickey) Trottier of Escanaba. They have been blessed with five grandchildren: Alyssa and Ryan Brunette and Evelyn, Henry III and Samantha Trottier.

A small celebration dinner was held with their children and grandchildren due to COVID-19.
