NEW LIFE

ESCANABA — Sunday worship services will take place at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., and nursery is available for both services. A variety of children and adult discipleship groups are offered in both small and large group settings with specific needs in mind. “Connections” fellowship will be held immediately after each service.

Men’s Bible study gathers Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the church. Christian men’s fellowship coffee hour follows at 8:15 p.m. at Culver’s.

The church has now passed the $57,000 mark in giving to Grace Children’s Hospital in Haiti since starting this weekly offering of coins and bills in 1981. ESCANABA — The UU Fellowship meets at 10:30 a.m. at the Bonifas Arts Center, 700 1st Ave. S., studio entrance, every second and fourth Sunday of the month. Child care and education are provided, and socialization precedes and follows the service.

The fellowship’s monthly potluck social will be held June 2 at 6:30 p.m. at the Kirchenwitz house.

Unitarian Universalism is an open-minded, welcoming faith that draws on many religious traditions.
