Meet the 2024 All U.P. Tennis award winners

ESCANABA –With the 2024 girls’ tennis season officially in the books, postseason awards are beginning to become revealed.
Escanaba, who finished third in Division 1 this season, saw multiple players earns postseason recognition.
Maggie Martin earned First Team Singles honors. She was the only person to defeat Negaunee’s Aubrey Johnson in 2024. Samantha Korpi earned a spot on the Honorable Mention singles team.
The tandem of Sonya Maki and Anna Martin earned First Team Doubles honors and the team of Danni Hughes and Molly Smale claimed a place on the Honorable Mention list.
