GLADSTONE — The Gladstone Indians baseball program is holding a can and bottle drive fundraiser Friday, July 5 at Pat’s Foods in Gladstone from noon-5 p.m. For questions, contact Jodi Westerberg (906-420-0802).

Trail race July 20

HYDE — The first Stroke Awareness five-kilometer run/walk in memory of Ardith Felzke takes place July 20 at noon.

Entry fee, which includes a T-shirt until July 1, is $25. Raceday registrations will be accepted until 11:30 a.m. A BBQ luncheon will be offered after 2 p.m. to participants. Parking will be available at 5653 I Rd., Hyde.

Checks should be made payable to Stroke Awareness 5K Run/Walk and set in c/o Tiffany Kleiman, 5653 I Rd., Escanaba, Mich. 49829.
