ESCANABA — The Escanaba boys’ basketball program is holding its annual summer camp for students entering grades 1-9 June 17-20.

Seventh, eighth and ninth-graders play from 8:30-10 a.m. each day, followed by fifth and sixth-graders from 10-11:30. Third and fourth-graders go from 1-2 p.m., followed by first and second-graders from 2-3.

Cost to enter is $40, and players may register the day camp begins. Make checks payable to Escanaba Boys Basketball, 500 South Lincoln Road, Escanaba, MI 49829.

Items to bring include athletic shoes, shorts, a shirt and a positive attitude. Each camper receives a T-shirt. Boys from all school districts are welcome.

Terrace Bluff men

GLADSTONE — Terry Hoffmeyer shot a 38 and Dale Ford and John Kositzky hit 39 in the Terrace Bluff Men’s League Monday.

Scenic Shore Run

GLADSTONE — The Eighth Annual Scenic Shore Run takes place June 15 at 10 a.m.

Registration begins at 9 at the Gladstone Senior Center.

Entry fee, which includes lunch, is $15 for individuals or $40 per family up to five people. Additional lunches can be purchased for $2 apiece.

Cash prizes will be given to the top three male and female finishers, with awards going to the top three in each age division. Ribbons will be awarded to all participants. A limited number of T-shirts will be available.
