Common sense – not hate

EDITOR:

We were born innocent; in need of unconditional care and love. We listen, we learn and thirst for more. Everything we see develops our own unique personality.

Welcome to “Human Beings.”

Somewhere between right and wrong; emerged a thought process called “Common Sense.”

Our fore fathers used to settle disputes; maybe by a promise or a handshake. A nod or a wink meant compromise. It was golden. A sensible means to a compatible end. “Common Sense”

Now we see people we don’t recognize as human beings. Hate so intense – it’s hard to comprehend. Tempers flare and talks are impossible. No matter what the dispute; hate should never factor into discussions.

Opposing views should be respected; not dismissed as hogwash. Listening to other views won’t harm you. Just maybe there is an agreeable solution neither have considered.

Common sense – not hate.

My wish for all “beings” are three treasures: peace, love and happiness. You must love yourself first, “you” is all you have.

Time “lost” will never return again. Only “you” can prevent it. Using your common sense “you” can reach for the stars.

The chance for change, the chance to excel and the chance to truly care for humanity; all of this is in reach for anyone who is inspired enough to make a difference.

If you ignore the knocking “Common Sense” opportunities, please don’t give up. If at first you don’t like it, make “Mikie eat it.” Start chewing a new chart forward.

Plan for new specific goals. Ones that you believe in. Americans are a resilient buch. We have a God given mechanism inside; built for survival. Common sense is your best friend. “May God Bless America.”
