On Feb. 17, our power was out for seven hours.

The lady who took our emergency call was friendly, caring and explained the situation. After several hours she gave us an update.

We thank and appreciate the hardworking men who work in terrible, dangerous weather to restore our power. Unless you’ve been without power for several hours, you don’t realize you can do nothing without it.
