We express our sincere thanks for the expressions of kindness and sympathy shown to us in the loss of our beloved sister, Annette Vanlerberghe.

We extend a special thanks to Father Tim Ferguson for his spiritual assistance and to Robert Johnson, cantor, and John Ignatowski, organist, for the singing and music at the Mass.

We are very grateful for the care, support and assistance provided by: Pathways, specifically to Alison Burch, Brenda Crow and Chris Dubord; OSF St. Francis Hospital and Medical Group, especially Dr. Amanda Bruemmer, MD; her banker, Kris Boucher; and the property manager of the Willow Creek Apartments, Renee Gierke.

Special thanks to her many friends, including Bonnie, Diane, Donna and Scott. They were invaluable resources for Annette and her well-being. We extend our sincere thanks to Skradski Funeral Home and the pallbearers for their assistance and help.
