Fishing club donates picnic tables

This week’s bouquets go to:

The Bay de Noc Great Lakes Sportsfishermen recently donated three picnic tables to the North Shore Boat Launch for the three fishing piers.

Harbor Master/Recreation Director Kim Peterson stated, “We are grateful for the partnership with the local fishing club on the recent donation of the picnic tables. They will definitely be used at the fishing piers. We do have plans in the near future to clean up the area of the fishing piers and the boardwalks. The Electric Department has recently fixed the lighting on the fishing piers, near the fishing cleaning station and in the parking lot and the lights are in working condition.”
