Right to Life of Delta County says thank you
This week’s bouquets go to:
From Carol Carlson, Right to Life of Delta County:
Right to Life of Delta County thanks each and every person, business, organization and Church who supported our annual signature ad in the Daily Press, January 22, 2021. The ad remembered the tragic “Roe V. Wade,” Supreme Courts decision of 1973 that legalized abortion up until birth in our Country of over 60 million precious unborn babies in the womb. Thanks also to the Knights of Columbus of Gladstone for holding the “March for Life” on Sunday, January 31. We’re thankful for all all who took part in the march. Also, Fr. James Ziminski of All Saints Parish for the moving closing prayer and blessing at the end of the March.
Carol Sandburg said,“A baby is God’s opinion that the world should go on.” I believe that is a beautiful summary of the importance of the dignity and worth of human life and our work here on earth to protect it from conception until natural death.
May god bless you all for your effort to protect life.
NOTE: Names omitted from the press ad was Barbara VanErmen and Jeff and Peg Richardson
